CANCELLATION POLICY

1. In case of cancellation, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers or service providers.
2. In case of cancellation of any services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason(s) we must be notified of the same via e-mail prior to the arrival.
3. Cancellations requests will be considered prior to the arrival dates minimum 10 days in advance.
4. Cancellation charges will be as under after receipt of your e-mail:-
(a) Less than 10 days before start of the tour date: 100% of total cost(No refund).
(b) 29 - 10 days before start of the tour date: 50% of total cost.
(c) 30 days or more before start of the tour date: 25% of the total cost.
5. Refund for hotel payment will depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
6. In case of cancellation for Christmas and New Year celebration period (from 20th Dec to 05th Jan, the payment is non-refundable).
7. Train tickets and Flight ticket or bus booking where made by Company the cancellations are subject to their refund policy.
8. Important/special information about refund:-
(a) Refunds, if any, for variation / modification / amendments / alteration and / or cancellations etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by 'A/C payee' Cheque. Payment will be only in INR and rate of exchange on that day will be applicable.
(b) No interest is payable on any kind of refund.
(c) Refund will be processed within 15 to 30 days.
9. No refund will be payable:-
(a) In case the tour is modified, varied, amended, cancelled or not utilized.
(b) No refund in case of natural calamity, riots, Govt decisions or any other unforeseen
calamities. (c) Charges for payment gateway as applicable on Credit Cards or other instruments will be borne by the guest. Information will be displayed while making the payment.
(d) Where full payment is required to be paid in advance for any services for confirmation of reservation
10. Company reserves the right to withdraw discount, change hotel or tour programme, however the effort will be made to maintain the category of hotel. Tour will be cancelled and no refund will be made due to misbehaviour or physical assault with staff. Cancel any booking without notice, however refund will be made to the guest.
